I ordered a pair of shoes from shoesmates.com, but the size wasn’t quite right, so I needed to exchange them. The return process itself wasn’t super complicated, but the communication was slow. I waited a few days for replies and ended up having to follow up and basically push the issue before things started moving. Thankfully, I did get the new pair in the end, so it wasn’t a total loss, but I feel like I shouldn’t have had to chase them for basic exchange updates. Overall, it was okay, but the slow response time made it more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered my usual size, and these shoes were just way too tight, like not even close to fitting. I even checked the size chart before buying, so it was really, really frustrating. The heel felt kind of weird too and kept slipping a bit. I don’t think I’d order again unless they fix the sizing info.

The shoes looked decent in the pictures, but once they arrived they felt really cheap. After just a few wears, the sole started coming loose, which was really disappointing. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the problem. Definitely not worth the money.

I reached out to customer service twice about my order and never heard anything back. I even checked my receipt and went through my emails to make sure I hadn’t missed a reply, but there was nothing. It’s frustrating and feels like once they have your payment, they just stop responding.

I wanted to place an order, but the site made it harder than it needed to be. It felt confusing to move around, the filters weren’t really helping me narrow anything down, and some pages were loading slowly. After a while, I just felt worn out from dealing with it. Between the messy product info and the checkout feeling like another hassle, I ended up giving up before buying anything...

The prices seemed decent at first, but the shoes just feel cheap and aren’t comfortable. I only wore them a few times and they already started looking worn out. i don’t think they’re good value for the money.

I really wanted to like these, but after wearing them for a bit, my feet were already hurting. Not sure who decided these were comfortable, because that definitely wasn’t my experience

I was disappointed with this order. The shoes showed up way later than expected, and the tracking was almost useless the whole time. For the hassle, it just didn’t feel worth it, and I probably wouldn’t order from here again.
